I was told the "In-Progress Known Issues" would be patched Tuesday, why isnt this posted here?

I got off the phone with a supervisor named Edward a few hours ago who told me my castle of the worm issue, which is part of the "In-progress Known issues" thread is going to be fixed on Tuesdays maintenance. There are two possible problems here.
1: he flat out lied to me.
2: He was right, and noone has posted or said anything about it on the forums here despite all the people complaining about those issues.

if 2... did i miss it? or do the people here on the forums not know what the people in zenimax are saying? sounds like more bad communication to me.

Honestly, I doubt phoneguy knew for sure that it would all be fixed on Tuesday because yes, they really, really, REALLY should have said something here on the forums, too.

Because that would quiet down a LOT of the MANY complaints going on in these forums right now.

LOL thank god they posted it in there. on the *** 11th! hahaha christ what a terrible support team this is. Know how calm these boards would have been in the last 2 days if they had posted the date of an upcoming patch that resolved said issues? haha

They arent saying much because those that arent fixed after 1 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks get a big middle finger by ZOS regardless of what they say.

It also shows lack of faith in their abilities and product.

All i know is the stuff on their main post is being worked for the tuesday patch. if its not there then i would assume you wont have it for another 2 weeks

Well if that is the case, then they are terrible at support because they should have developed a resolution path for those still broken by now.

So, if after the patch people are still broken, there should be an established resolution path to fix them so that they do not have to wait the 2 weeks.

Yea everyone should know the patch it Tuesday. It should slow down some of the complaints. I'll help you out Zenimax. Also. Message Gamemaster Moon IG. He cant really do anything, but you can vent atleast.
