Logged out of my account yesterday with about 12k between two characters and logged back in to discover I was at 0 gold. I opened two tickets prior to this post thinking that it had only occured on a single character. I just checked and found that both my toons are now broke.
The two tickets I opened are: 140413-062834 and 140413-063157. Both were opened on the assumption that I'd only lost the gold from one character (roughly 6k), not both. I don't know how to edit these tickets to include the other.
I really need some help. I'd like to purchase a mount soon and it's really distressing to have to start all over.
