Severely disappointed
Severely disappointed in customer support at the moment. Was stuck in a bugged quest and sent a report from in game. Received a fairly quick response letting me know that GMs would be coming to manually advance the quest for myself and about 20 other players who were stuck. After 4 hours no help was ever provided. This is an amazing game that is being ruined by poor customer service. All we need was 1 GM for 5 minutes and there would have been 20+ happy players. As it stands you have none of those.
