Captain Bones' Ship

Hello everyone, I've posted this in the Game Discussion section for Ebonheart Pact, but was unable to find a resolution other than insanely long spawn timer. Was curious if anyone has been lucky enough to complete Captain Bones' Ship zone boss marker? I've tried many things and waited long periods of time at the location with nothing to spawn.
Things I've tried:
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Things I've tried:
- Sitting at spawn for over an hour
- Checking spawn during day and night cycles
- Killing all mobs in area
- Killing mobs near Mr. Flint (the ghost monkey)
- Checking for anything to interact with
- Dying next to Mr. Flint
- Yelling at Mr. Flint, no response
Any help is greatly appreciated.
