    Thats what I heard but after 4 hours on hold and one opened ticket I have yet to hear from cust. support . (shrug) I'm hoping a cust. support agent reads this and takes care of business !

    Dont count on it... you will have to be proactive, they dont care.

    Vlas, thats the vibe I am picking up on, yesterday I opened a call back ticket , and called the number I was given after my 1st contact with cust. support due to best buys failure to send a live game code , four hours later nothing, crickets. I understand they are overwhelmed but this does nothing to quell my anticipation to play the game . I hate to go to facebook and air my dirty laundry out there in public, this is why I tried here .
    Anyhoo, thanks for the input, have fun , hopefully I will get to play soon, maybe even today ! :neutral_face:

    The customer support team is by far the best I've ever dealt with. I have always had quick, friendly, and superb interactions with them and that has been consistent from early beta all the way to post launch. I suggest contacting the support team by email here:

    You now you can just pay with a credit card right?
    If you don't own one, you can link your bank account to a PayPal account and pay that way. It takes a few days but it's a lot faster than waiting on the support crew.

    People shouldn't be being forced to use anything other than their preferred payment method. Peter Hines in several interviews states the game time cards were suppose to be out for those without Paypal and Credit Cards could play the game right away, which has turned out to be an out right lie.

    I am also having issues with customer support resolving my issues. It has been 4 days now and I haven't received a response from my escalated ticket. Anything escalated should be responded to within 24hrs.. Now any new inquiries, even different ones are being ignored.

    I am ready to get a lawyer to subpeona some information.
    Far too many characters to list any more.

    Yeah, if I wanted my credit card info in the hands of Zen. I would have already done so .
    It seems to me seeings how this is customer support forum that customer support agents would be scanning these posts to help in resolving issues right here and now .
    I have to imagine I am not the only one with this issue , in fact there my be 100's , perhaps 1000's of people in the same boat. I know that as of today out of 59 total reviews 18 are one star due to this situation.
    When I 1st checked for the cards on amazon it said the 13th , I figured that cool , I can wait till today, perhaps even this coming Tuesday as Tuesday is typically new release day .
    Now amazon says shipping in 2-5 weeks , doh ! :s
    I dont want to 'make waves" I just want to play the game, at this point though I may just get a refund and forget all about it.
    ( been on hold for over an hour now , fingers crossed )

    i am at the same situation like yours. i contacted the constomer support via online apps, a quick reply within 2 mins, but just throw the informations we already know. credit card or paypal. game time card, soon, but nobody know how long is a "SOON". will hold on to see if there is changes, or, when all run out, inquire a refund would be the last .

    Actually A_L is spot on A_T , at first when I looked at the email option it stated "one business day" which is why I chose to call , Saturday night I had the speaker phone on for four hours and left my number on the callback option .
    After taking A_L's advice I sent a email and within 30 minutes I got my 1st response , within the hour I was playing . Which is pretty amassing considering the stress load these folks are facing right now.

    Maybe not for you, but for him it was, and for me, i had great customer support as well. I apologize in advance your having such troubles, but not everyone got horrible customer support from ZOS.
