Let's be clear before I get into this... I really have enjoyed the game (up until this weekend).

First of all, the maintenance for the login server last night did not work, and it is an extremely frustrating experience having to repeat typing your password in over and over trying to get on. Please fix... AND...

You literally have hundreds, if not thousands of people in AD completely stuck because the quest Moonlights in the moat or something like this (can't get logged in to check the name, was on for a bit this morning, so know it's still broken), and this quest is REQUIRED to move past Reaper's March to Cold Harbour. You've literally *** blocked an entire alliance. The least you could do it have a GM there to advance the quest or something, but instead you've chosen the course of pissing off a lot of people who are right now deciding, is it worth the $14.95 a month to play. If you can't fix the quest immediately, you need to give the GMs the power to advance quests that are broken, especially those that are mandatory for advancement in the game.

I really have enjoyed most of my travels so far and understand there will always be bugs at the beginning, but the unresponsiveness towards them is where I have issues. There are so many free to play alternatives out there that people are going to expect that for almost $15 a month we get responsive customer service who has the ability to actually fix major issues for our money.

I don't think the Motes in the Moonlight quest is required to progress to Coldharbor. At level 45 you get a new main story mission automatically. However, this quest "Messages across Tamriel" is ALSO bugged (for me), so I'm not sure.
Motes in Moonlight is actually finishable (did it this morning) if no other players are around. If someone stands there, it messes the mobs up. Almost impossible to pull off, but I got luck early morning (only one person was around and he was far enough away).
