Windows 8.1 Error 305 FIX (Diff than previous fixes)

This is a different fix than the one that has been officially posted for 305. I just figured it out with help from techs.
305. Make sure all your antivirus and firewalls are off first. (Especially Norton)
1. Go to your zenimax online folder.
2. Go to launcher folder
3. Delete Program Data Folder.
4. Run launcher (normal or admin mode doesn't matter)
5. Just above news box on launcher is a game options (small word) Click on it
6. Click on repair.
7. Now game will download files.........It will not AUTO DOWNLOAD, you have to click this repair tool.
8. It will verify then download files.
9. Then run game............It works.......life is good, KILL MUDCRABS.
