Dear Zenimax,
I, a player in ESO, humbly request a few little things you could do to improve on matters and hope that you would take my note seriously. This is not whining, nor is it condoning the lack of effort on your end in regards to a few matters.
1. I can see your attempt at better communication, red warning up top on the forums, well done. However, a warning such as. "The servers are going down in 20 minutes due to (Insert whatever reasons in specific detail)" In game would help than just a 5 minute warning of maintenance.
(FYI, your forum is still atrocious)
2. Avoid, at best as you can, primetime downtimes, it is really bad. IT IS.
3. We need actual patches, and actual fixes cause up til now, there's still a lot of problems that remain, still bugged quests and such.
4. You may need to address people as to why in the right mind did you think it was a good idea to brag about lag free servers. We aren't having any of that. We've got server side lag, chat lags. (I sincerely believe that statement done by your lead dev was nothing but arrogance and overconfidence.)
Now it is not that I hate the game, I actually like it, sure it's not my favourite and sure there's A LOT more things to be added in, but hey I might write a suggestion post next time. For now, these are the few things you could do to make everyone's day a little better.
