server maintenance is great, during a cold harbor quest is horrible

If you log out during a cold harbor quest, it resets you back to the beginning when you first enter the harborage. At least that's what happened to me last time. So will I have to replay those 20-30m of the quest because of unexpected maintinance (that was needed I understand) or will I log back in at the spot I was at unlike last time this happened? If it does reset every time you log out of a harborage quest, this needs to be changed because those quests are fairly long and having to redo them because of maintenance or internet issues is absurd.
