Falling through the sky, no response from tech support in 12 hours.

I've been falling through the sky since approx 12 hour ago. i have sent over 20 /bug reports in and received nothing but a survey asking how well you did. Which was nothing. I have tried everything possible in game and out. Please help.

Almost 18 hours and still nothing except customer support has been contacted. Can you not just move me to a wayshrine or something.

it seems to be happening more and more. it has helped me to remove all armor then /stuck them teleport to wayshrine and sometimes you have to repeat it over again but with the increasing teleport costs it get pretty stupid it has help sometimes to have a friend group you the teleport to them. but even with all this I have just got stuck hard and I have not been able to get out it sucks.

Check your e-mail when you send a customer support request. When I did it they contacted me that way and it was really fast. Anyway, a really good solution I used when I got stuck in Cyrodiil once, and also when I fell through the floor in Riften was to hit the "L" key and enter a PvP campaign (if you're in your own campaign just pick a guest campaign). The game teleports you into the warzone and problem solved. I found this solution in the in-game help system.
