Genuinely very impressed with customer service
Having bought the explorers pack and making several characters, I then deleted my first character not realising I would lose all my unique items+pets.
I sent a ticket to customer service, and they responded within one hour and returned my items. Absolutely brilliant service - very happy indeed and just wanted to spread the word.
Game has been running perfectly since I installed it and have no complaints whatsoever.

Very true, and I do understand a lot of people's frustration. I was just genuinely surprised at the quick response and fix that I felt like leaving some positive feedback for the team behind it.0
