Requesting a proper issue tracker!

Hi there,
I would like to propose a public issue tracker / JIRA system for people in need of support. This will alleviate the strain on this forum and allow everyone to easily access, update, merge and vote on current issues -- each one having their unique ID. It also would show that user feedback is desired and required to run the game successfully.
It also prevents a major issue that has been going on in the forums, namely crossposting and thread hijacking.
Please consider bumping this thread as a vote, or a favor to the community at large.

I know there is an unofficial one, but I'd rather opt for an official one where I can send security breaches to without it falling into the wrong hands / ending up in public.
