I would like a refund of the purchase price of this game. As a long time fan of the Elder Scrolls I pre-purchased the Digital Imperial Edition.

I have suffered long enough with issues and bugs ranging from the launcher deciding that the game was not installed and only having an install option (resolved eventually by me downloading files from the forum that had gone missing beacause of a patch), to game breaking major quest bugs that block progression and bank slots and items disappearing.

I have summitted many tickets and have had either no response at all or cut and paste responses that have not even been relevant to my problems.

Customer support for this game is an absolute disgrace. I have cancelled my subscription. I have 20+ free days of game time left which I will not be using. I would just like the money I spent on this joke of a game to be refunded.

Please do me the curtesy of replying in person to this message.


What do you think my chances of getting a refund are ? I tried to use a calculator to get the answer but kept getting a divide by zero error.
Yeah, I got a PC. I just don't feel the need to post it's specifications for an ego boost.

    You should go put up a ticket and get some real answers.

    I was not asking anyone. I was merely posting to try and get a response from CS.

    If you bothered reading:-

    1) The very 1st line of my post says that this is a TICKET I Just sent.
    2) I have submitted many tickets in the past and they have been a total waste of time.
    Yeah, I got a PC. I just don't feel the need to post it's specifications for an ego boost.

    So you got hit hard by nearly everything that can break hm? Maybe we can help you out with some things? But as you seem to hate the game now, which is fantastic, there seems to be no more help possible.

    Early bird start on a MMO is a train ride in the first month, no one told you?

    Noone needs to have told me anything about early bird on an mmo thank you. I have played nearly every mmo there has ever been, most of them from fay 1 launch. It is my favorite genre of game. I am very well waware that they are not going to be bug free and there will be issues.

    However, this is this mmo I have played where I have had consistent problems with even getting the damn launcher to work. Then 50% of the time I have to try and get past the game thinking my IP has changed (which it has not), hoping an email will arrive and the code is not out of date.

    Then, if I do get into the game. I have to hope that my bank items don't go missing, that if I try to go to PvP I don't get stuck in a never ending load screen.

    Or I could go questing and before starting any new quest Google it to make sure it is not one of the many that are totally broken.

    And yes, I have been helped by people posting solutions/work arounds on the forums. That's mainly my biggest gripe. Because that is the ONLY support I have had. CS is completely useless - either ignored or generic cut and paste answers that are no help at all.

    well man. i did not run into any of your problems. maybe I am playing a different game - I'm playing on Mac ;)
