Hi, will someone please be kind enough and tell me which npc provide this quest? I have searched all of coldharbour and cant find a way to start this quest. I am vt 1
A bit more information, I actually got this quest and was completing half of it, then I decided to reorganize my quests, and unfortunately my fingers betrayed me and I missiclicked, I abandoned the quest.
