How to get to Bangkorai?

As the title says, I'm not quite sure how one would get to Bangkorai from Glenumbra if you were around level 15. I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me how exactly you could travel there from Glenumbra. Thanks in advance!

You get there from Stormhaven. The zone after Glenumbra.
