Extra Bank Space has disappered!

I was up to 80 slots, I was transferring stuff on to a bank mule. I log on the mule, go to the bank and it's EMPTY. I log out and shut down the game, wait 5 mins, start the game up log in with my Main, the bank stuff is there but I'm missing 20 banks slots. luckily I had less that 60 things in the bank. Something else happened, almost seems like my account was reset. I wont post those details in an open forum.
Customer support has been notified.

I was thought it was fixed in BETA happened then too. Funny searching customer support didn't bring anything up!

I had 10 slots from my inventory disappeared right after Craglorn update.

Funny because I bought that last upgrade like a few weeks before and did not lose anything else. A few days after it, when the continuous rollbacks happened 10 bank slots went mia as well.

Hope it doesnt happen again, because Im already spending about 100k per upgrade right now.
