Not able to play the game because its not in my account and did not recieve the code.

I am on day 12 without being able to play the game because it is not in my elder scrolls online account and I did not receive the code. I have put in numerous support ticket, and have not received any correspondences in 40 hour , to get this issue resolved, from what I see on YouTube it looks to be a great game, but I would not now personally because I still cannot play. Does anyone now of any other way to get help besides using a support request or phone request from this site.
