Sword and Shield: Battlefield Mobility, not working.

Sword and Shield: Battlefield Mobility Passive is not working. i tested this next to another player who had a destruction staff. we both walked the same speed while blocking. The skill says that it is supposed to increase movement speed of sword and shield users by 50% while blocking. apparently this passive is broken and is not working as intended.

Lurtz✭I have tested it as well and you are correct. The skill does nothing at all and is currently broken.1
