I submitted a Phone Ticket 4 days ago. Never got called.
I submitted an Email ticket 2 days ago. A response unrelated to my problem.
While you can find my problem below, the main purpose of this post is to address the awful customer support. This has been truly wretched, and Zenimax really should answer the fan-base on what is taking so long.
Problem: I pre-ordered. I did not receive Explorer Pack's "Any Race Any Faction" feature.
