Bank - Lost Gold / Removed unlocked slots

Interesting enough, I logged onto my main, when I went to the bank it was completely empty. I then switched to another toon and saw that my bank had dropped back down to 60 slots (had unlocked up to 80) and the 4000+ gold coins were gone. The items that were stored taking up space about 60 were distributed back to the toons that had deposited them, however the gold went "poof".

Now my concern is do I bother unlocking those slots again or deposit gold? Has anyone else encountered this issue?

There are lots of threads around the forums regarding this issue, feel free to read through them and match your experience with ours (I was also affected by this bug).

I would suggest logging a ticket with Customer Support -- you may or may not get a response (helpful or otherwise), but at least they will have you in their records as another victim of the bug.

Ticket is useless. I have the same problem, lost item in bank. The technical support does not want to admit that there was a bug and explains that it can not do anything for me. Pathetic.

Since this thread is over five years old the discussion will be closed. For missing items, you should check the inventory on each of your characters in case you misplaced the items. You should also check your Guild logs to see if you deposited the items in your Guild bank by accident.
