    You might have to open a new ticket under the dispute category. It sounds like they marked the ticket as solved (which sends the survey out).

    I do apologize you were missed informed about your ban, but if you would like to appeal your ban you can with these following steps.

    Customers can appeal a ban on their The Elder Scrolls Online account by taking the following steps:
    Open the Support page on the official ESO website and click on Email or contact Customer Support here.
    Once the support e-mail opens, choose Account / Billing under "What kind of problem are you experiencing?"
    Choose "I Would Like to appeal a suspension/ban." from the Select a Subcategory dropdown menu.
    Describe the problem in the space provided.
    Click Submit Question to send the appeal to Customer Support.

Prior to that I had waited days for a "returned" call after leaving a voice mail. I have been misinformed, ignored, and "banned" for ____I have yet to get an answer____?     A ban was applied to the account for gold muling. Whereby a character is used to hold a lot of gold or items, while another character farms items or gold.

    I can see that quite a lot of items were transferred via mail from one character to another which is why the ban was placed on the account.

    I will get this investigated for you and get back to you as soon as I can whether the ban will stand or be repealed. If the the ban is lifted, I will ensure the character has not lost any game time for the duration of the ban, and for the duration of this getting looked in to.

    I will let you know as soon as I can.

    You do realize two separate people are playing right? My wife and myself play, side by side. I am responding to this email through my wife's gmail account. If you look at our in-game characters we have done every quest side by side. I couldnt sleep so I was farming deconstruction mats for my wife. Why? Because invisible bots are ruining the explorable world, and getting metals and fibers is easier the way I was doing the dungeon farming. The mail to my wife was a gift and a surprise. If you are going to ban anyones account it should be mine SfXXXXXXX22. Banning someone for RECEIVING mail is not even logical. However, if you do ban either account; I will do everything in my power to turn players away from this game. And, I think you can realize how stupid your company will look for that.

    Seems there are a number of us that have been suspended/banned for wanting to level our toons through killing mobs gaining resources, deconstructing them ourselves etc. I also am still under suspension for what I can only guess is because I completed fungal grotto twice in a row while learning how the heals work on my toon. This is just infuriating to know so many of us are being treated with such disregard!

    At this point, I would just get a refund from your bank. These guys are quite incompetent. It's showing in all of these posts.

    It's funny because I did the same thing. My ticket with this support has still been open for 6 days now. No responses.

    Called the bank. They got no responses or call backs from ZOS either. Refunded my purchase days ago but I still lurk the forums with an active account because they never closed it. I am sure one day they will get around to it.

    Wasn't even going to buy the game because I am playing Wildstar when it comes out. However, I caved on the first day of early access because I love Elder Scrolls and figured it would be a good time waster. As you can see, I never bothered with a sub because I got my refund from my bank.

    If you can't get a response through normal CS channels, you might want to try the BBB. IME, even large companies with awful CS respond quickly and effectively to a BBB complaint.

    Having alt mules was common practice in WoW, at least in the early years. I knew a lot of people who did that for legitimate reasons. Is there a reason why they ban in this game over it? Or is this as surprising to everyone else? I'm on hold with buying the game based on things I've read over the last few days.

    Careful...ZOS wants you to know that if you log in and play the game you have a chance of being banned for no reason other than an incompetent intern pushing the wrong buttons and later not being able to talk to a customer support person that could solve the issue because support was outsourced to a company that also does vacum cleaners repairs.

    Then you will get an email telling you that they think you are happy with your ban and if you do not respond in 120 hours they will consider your ban ok and the issue solved.

    Then two weeks later you will receive an email about something available in the store you could get for your banned account. By that time it will have been three weeks you are trying to cancel your subscription but your account is locked and you can not log in to cancel the monthly charge.

    You will then think about buying matches and a tank of kerosene...

    Is it really worth it? Why even risk it?

    I don't know why they care that you have 2 or more accounts that share items, or if anyone uses alts. They gave us the ability to have 8 characters, of course people are going to transfer items between each account. So what?! We aren't auto farming, it actually takes time to gather materials and get gold. I find it ridiculous that they banned you and many others over this. They should be going after those people that are using bots and hacking tools.
