Still no ticket support after 9 days after making the initial ticket.

I have still not received support on a ticket i made 4 days ago. And i am completely unable to play the game due to the issue in the ticket and today i received a asking if the issue was resolved or i still needed support ...

The current state of the tickets is a joke, You never know if it is some damn script / bot that respond or if is a real person since the person that do respond seam to not understand what you type in the ticket in the first place.

I did receive a ticket that it was escalated or something but that does no solve my problem if it is not dealt with.

I am yet to be satisfied with the support 4 days after i made the first ticket.

    It has now been 5 days since the ticket was made and i have not received any measurable support on my end.

    Yup... welcome to our world.

    I suggest you look into things like canceling sub and/or asking for a refund.

    Funny thing about the refund request... you actually get a response on that.

    gonna go out on a limb and say they did not hire enough people to deal with support/tickets

    The sub i canceled after 28 hours.

    @Vlas I'm still waiting, six days now on my refund request. Finally got my bank involved. Oh, and for their callback service? Yeah, day four on waiting for a callback now.

    @Tuchaka You are most likely correct. I mean, they said this was going to be a smooth launch! They probably thought they weren't going to need that many people to provide customer service.

    pushing 4 days for me, but i know i'll get some copy pasta so i'm not in any real rush to have my blood pressure rise to dangerous levels.

    I wish that was the case on my end. My ticket is a refund request, and after 4 days I haven't even gotten the "Have we bothered helping you, yet?" email that everyone else seems to at least get. I got nothing.

    It has now been 6 days since i made the initial ticket i have not received any support beside a sorry we are not able to help you and we have forwarded your request to the appropriate team. Not exactly help full.
