Rollbacks are unacceptable

I have been rolled back 3 times this morning in Mala, lost 2 levels worth of xp with these rollbacks. Just lock up, crash (or kicked back to character screen) and come back 10 steps behind where I was previously.
a) What compensation will be given for wasting our time?
b) When will this ridiculously game breaking bug be fixed?
A lot of my guildies are about ready to ragequit over this, I'm a little more patient, I just go play an alt, but this can't be good for business.
