I have tried contacting support through phone, email, and the forums everyday for the past 3 days and have heard NOTHING BACK. I havnt played in 3 days because i can't. I have 30 days of free time with the pre-order i put in. I also already bought 30 days of game time with a debit card and i just looked at my account and it says i only have 29 days left now.

If my time is not refunded and/or tech support doesnt reach me by this weekend to help me address this problem i would like a full refund of my 70$ i prepaid and my 15$ i just paid.

I got caught up in the grace period problem where i could not log in because i had to get a subscription set up. I changed my password cause i thought i got hacked when it said invalid password and after that i got an ERROR 201. Then i bought a month of time thinking that would solve the problem and i still have the ERROR 201 message. ts8kpr4zdfdn.png
