I haven't been able to log in for days
Saturday I played almost all day. Then I went to log in Sunday morning and couldn't. I was constantly getting Error 301. I read here on the forums that the servers were getting too full and to try every 10 minutes. I did. For four hours. Then I finally heard back from Customer Service just to be told to "keep trying." After trying to explain my situation more I was told, "sorry just keep trying, you'll get in eventually." During this entire time my husband had logged in and out of his account on his computer at least 3 times without getting a single error. I then tried logging in on his computer and could. I got in just fine. Then I had him try and log in on mine and he couldn't. There is obviously something with my computer. Things I have tried:
-Putting an exception for ESO in my antivirus
-Disabling antivirus
-Flushing dns
-Restarting Computer
-Entering an access code
My subscription plan is all set up. Every time I try and contact support I get responses that seem very copied and pasted. I haven't been called by them but I put in a ticket yesterday and one 2 hours ago. I've emailed many times as well. Can anyone think of any other possible solutions? I've now gone over 48 hours without being able to get into my account from my computer.
