+0 XP bug?

I keep getting +0 XP from mobs, just now in Elden Hollow a person higher and a person lower level than me were getting XP whilst I never got any, I hadn't done the dungeon before either.
Just to also add to this experience, it's also happened numerous times while I've been out questing myself, then all of a sudden it will work again and I'll be getting XP from the mobs.
