2 days awaiting for reply from customer support

I have been 2 days waiting for a reply on customer support for a ticket I sent them on the weekend, the first time they answered twice but now it has been 2 days without reply from my last answer and the ticket says that it will be closed in 120 hours.

I am worried what is taking so long to reply some tickets?! when on weekend they did reply after 2 hours.

Isn't there a way to see the tickets on the website? like you introducing the incident ID?
