It's been nearly a week, what happened to my pre order items, my imgakin, my scuttler, my mud crab and all of my treasure maps, where have they gone, I want them back, I deleted the character the character they were on because I thought all of my character would get it in the mail, that first toon was on the wrong faction. I want the items I preordered for back, right now. I've made multiple tickets and this is my 3rd time on the forums trying to get them back, why don't I have them. I want them right now. I'm tried of waiting, and I'm tired of not getting any answers.

    Have you actually tried calling them? From what i have picked up, calling them is the only way to get through within a reasonable time span.

    the early access code is different from the eso code, and the backpack has its own code also. so, in your account under redeem code, enter your eso code, and then your backpack code. U get 1 pack and it goes to the 1st character. Had the same problem myself.

    I already redeemed my pack the problem is I deleted it, when I made my character on the wrong faction. Now I want it back, because I didn't know I only got it that one time.
