Gold transactions inside guild

Hi,
me and my friends have formed a guild and wanted to start to collect contributions for guild purposes (event sponsoring, guild member rewards for activity and other related stuff).
BUT we heard and read, that there is a limit for suspicious game currency transactions under the threat of permanent BANNING of account...
Our concern is: if guild members will sent money to selected guild member weekly (about 2000gold per week per member), will reciver or sender of this transactions be BANNED?
We are definetly NOT gold sellers, we just want utilize the money for good of our guild and our members, but we dont know if we can sent this amount of money periodically without beeing suspected of such bad thing as gold for cash trading.
Can someone from developers or game security department or whatever part of company assure us that sending money within a guild is BAN-safe ?
