Characters disappeared on a different PC

Hi, I just installed the game on a pc I have at work, and once I log in and I get to the Select character page, I found none!
I have created two at home, and played with both for a few levels, but on this pc they are not available!
Is there any kind of setting or some sort of trick to be able to play the same character on two different pc's ?

✭✭A quick way to double check this is to add a friend you know is on the EU/US server. If the game returns an "account not found" message, you are on the wrong server.
