5 Day Early Access Key = Registration Key?

Hello,
I cannot sort out a subscription plan because I see no link to do so. I have redeemed the code for 5 day early access but I am just wondering if I have yet to receive my registration key from Uplay...
Please can anyone confirm whether or not the 5 day early access key is actually the registration key as this will help greatly in trying to figure out how to sort out one of my problems
