Not getting contact with customer support

Hello
Any mod able to get me in contact with the customer support? I bought the imperial edition and ive no CC or money in my backaccount so im unable to get a subscription. I would like to get a refund of my 80 euro's couse i cant play the game. I waited 2 days for a reply of the customer support and i think its about time they solve my case.
