How do we identify inactive guild members so that they can be removed to make room for new recruits?

Trade Winds is a very successful guild focused on trading, and we are already at the 500 member cap imposed on guilds by Zennimax. Is there a viable means for identifying inactive members so that they can be removed to make room for new recruits?

The roster is no help as there is no filter/sort for time since last login. Being a trading guild, Guild Shop activity could work, however, with our high rate of activity, only the last hour displays without hitting show more, and it takes nearly an hour to request, copy/paste, and parse just a single days worth of activity.

Certainly this could all become a non-issue if ZOS upgrades the guild leadership tools, but until then, we really want some help to keep our markets as fresh and robust as possible. Any ideas?

Our guild has implemented a check-in system on a web site. Although it is not ideal and not directly linked to in game activity it is a workaround that serves to assist with this task for now.

When you sort by online status, it will also sort the offline people according to their last action.

That still doesn't actually tell you when they were last active, but the last in your list will be the one with the longest inactivity out of your 500 ...

    The Sidekick Order:
The Naked Nords | The Cannon Fodder of Tamriel | The Mercenaries without Skills | The League of formidable Crafters
The Psijic Order - 0.016% | Elder Moot | Lone Wolf Help | Great House Hlaalu

I just tested this out in-game, and the people I had log out appeared somewhere in the middle of the offline list, not in log-out order as you imply.

When you hover with your mouse over the alliance of a guild member it shows when he was last online.

Solution is simple -each member of your guild should report everyday by in game mail to guild leader that they are still active and want to stay in guild

That way inactive members will be very easy to spot.

Hundreds of ingame-mails a day, and after that finding ones who did not mail. Sounds like a full-time job for the poor guildmaster. Monthly-mail would be doable.

    Ahh.. you're right!

It appears to sort the people who were on recently in a strange order, but it does group by days, so picking out people offline for more than a certain amount is feasible now. Thank you so much!
