All these problems are so annoying!

I love this game, in almost all aspects; and I know it is a new released game so the developers are trying to improve it. But there are some issues really very annoying and pissing me off.
Everything is loading so slow. I have to wait forever to speak with a NPC, I have to wait before I step on a bridge or stairs so that I don't fall into it and get stuck--and you know what? If you got stuck I have to either kill my character or travel to another player, in which the loading ALWAYS takes forever! I understand that if you load to a character, it takes sometime, but travel between wayshrines also taking long time is really annoying. Sometimes it just doesn't load anything that I have to reload UI repeatedly. I think everyone has the experience of falling through the floor, but the most ridiculous thing is, sometimes there everything just blank out! What's the problem with UI?
The lag. Ok it's normal to have the lag in a MMO especially there are a lot of people online. But sometimes the game just froze, I can't interact with anything, or anybody. And I even got kicked out and received the massage "An unknown error happened." And this happens A LOT everyday, just in the past 2 hours, I got unknown errors for two times. This is not fun at all.
I know I am not the only person having these problems, there are always people in the zone chat complaining about lags and slow loading and reloadui issues. My network connection is normal, not very slow or fast, I have an average downloading speed and webpage loading speed, so I think to lost connection and got kicked out by the game is not my problem.
The bugged quests are tolerable for me, at least for now, I don't complain much, but these issues I have just ruined the game experience. Please, Zeni, work on these very basic things and don't upset your loyal players!
