summoned winged twilight does not stay?

For some reason - my winged twilight does not stay long (a few seconds) after summoning - any idea why?

CTraveler✭✭✭I've noticed that sometimes the Summons are summoned and dismissed if you hit the ability key twice in a row trying to summon it, and it's delayed due to lag or another attack firing off or sometimes even pressing it quickly without even noticing (Confused me for a bit too until I realized I was doing that, haha).
But if it's not the key press that's causing it, I don't know.0
