Your forums have given me no alternative but to mail directly to CS - I would have preferred a suggestion box for the developers...
I've just spent the better part of almost 2 hours just trying to jockey around inventory between five different alts using an overcrowded bank.
You need to allow mailing items to one's alts...trying to do everything thru the bank is hub-and-spoke, not web-like, and is annoying for the sake of annoyance. It makes no sense. Put a limit of two emails if you have to in order to prevent abuse, but allow us to trade directly from one alt to another. This is a HUGE waste of time and this is the only MMO I've played that doesn't allow inter-alt mail to some degree.
Yes, I could use a third-party mail-bouncing mod with a friend to accomplish this, (or just have him manually return what I send him) but why should I hack the game to do something it should provide? Plus that's not very effective, especially if your friend isn't on.
