Falling through Cyrodil - Urgent Help

I am falling through the void in Cyrodil. I can't interact or do anything with my character. The command '/stuck' does not work here and I can not teleport out as it is a PvP zone. Following the advice of the help section I typed '/camp' and logged back in 15 minutes later, didn't work. Logged back in 1 hour later and still falling through the game world.

This is rather concerning for me as I get booted off the server for typing too much. So I can not fill in a support ticket in game, on my character, or stay on long enough to talk to someone.

I asked my friend to submit a ticket and report this on my behalf and he got an instant reply saying 'Get your friend to submit a ticket' and then they set it to resolved. Nothing has been resolved and its annoying to think someone sent that message but couldn't just help me out of this situation.

Bah, hope I get a response as I literally can't do anything in game right now.

there is one of two ways to get this fixed while saving your character.

1. stay as you are and wade through the Mire of Zenimax CS untill they teleport you somewhere.
2. choose a guest campaign and travel to it in the same manor that you did for your home campaign. worked for me after falling for 3 hours strait in Cyrodil on imperial launch day

I used this exact same method to fix the problem for a friend of mine. Unfortunately due to the lack of people on my chosen PvP world I moved my home and guest and now have to wait to move.

My fault for not explaining that in my opening post. Thank you for taking the time to try and help me though

Anyone else have any ideas?

@ Zarman - You can't use '/stuck' in Cyrodil. Don't know why, probably something due to exploitation of it.

can you still not travel to a different campaign? at all? if not, then you are stuck waiting for customer service im afraid.

I was afraid you would say that I can't stay in the game long enough to submit the ticket. Could make a new character and submit a ticket but people on here are complaining about waiting hours and hours for a reply. I simply don't have the time to sit waiting for them. Work long hours and this little bit of peace and relief has been cruely snatched away from me

/jumptofriend – The slash command to jump to the wayshrine/graveyard closest to a named friend.

Unfortunately none of those work in Cyrodil

I don't want to start a new character but I just want to play on my day off work lol. Really really frustrating.

no form of fast travel or teleportation (aside from castle wayshrines) exists in Cyrodiil. the method i posted is likely a bug, but unfortunetly one that must be abused in cases like this as there isnt even a /suicide command

There are many bugs in this game and I have never complained about them. But when something like this happens it seems to me like a very very simple thing to fix. A GM should be able to just teleport me somewhere like all other MMO's. I feel like I was conned out of my subscription money and 30 days and now this .... grrrrrrr!!!!!
