Did not get 2 Days Extended Time

I did not get the 2 days extended game time as stated here:



My game time shows 26 days left, should be 28. I purchased the imperial edition and did take part in the early access. I met all criteria to have been eligible for the 2 days extended time.

As I understand it, I am not the only one affected by this.

Once you put in your account info, the 2 days no longer exist. There are other official posts on this later, but they intentionally didn't draw too much attention to it. 2 days is $1, but $1 times 100,000 people adds up.

The post clearly states that everyone who was part of early access will be granted the extended access period. There is no exception stated for the who already put in their subscription info before game even launched.

No, it is clearly stated that they are granting bonus days before being required to transition your account to live

If you choosed to transfer your account to live sooner then it was necessary (sunday ), that was your choice

Btw -i even created a thread about delaying registration here, on this forum (and i wasnt the only one who do so)
