I see a different Account page at home than at work, my friends see a different one too. Screenshot.

The attached image is the accounts page I see at home.
It isnt functional and continues to just reload over and over no matter what I click. I have switched DNS, rebooted internet and computer, tried different home computers, EVERYTHING. NOTHING WORKS. i cleared cache, etc.

At WORK I see the correct working account page... everything works great.

At home I have Time Warner and am using their default DNS.

What is wrong with my setup here?

i have tried on FF, Chrome, IE, Mac, PC, etc.

My work computer works great no matter what and I can access the page.
It must be a network thing??

Playing ESO at work! I'm jealous. :p
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

Not even playing. Just visiting the website.

I have TWC, too, and after days of talking and emailing with both companies, I still can't log into the website. I can log on fine from my smartphone (as long as I am not on TWC wireless). ESO told me to have TWC turn off all firewall settings on my router, which I did. Still have a non-functional log in page.

My guess is that your ISP is running a transparent (or maybe not even transparent) proxy, as most ISPs do, but how that could be affecting you I really can't say as I assume you're using HTTPS and that shouldn't be proxied.

You may want to try to find a free Proxy you can use, in theory that would tunnel through your ISP, but you'd need to be able to authorise your PC as Zenimax's system would likely block your attempts since the IP address it will see is the Proxy rather than yours.

It seems absurd your ISP can't explain it, given that it only affects (I assume) Zenimax's accounts site then I see no evidence that the problem in on your system.

I've no idea why Zenimax waffled on about firewall settings, it's a website for God's sake they use standard ports it's not the game client which needs various high-numbered ports to be opened for play.

Anyone at Zenimax have any input here?
Why I see the normal website at work and a nonfunctional different account page at home?

They're using nginx at server end to load balance traffic across multiple internal webservers. It looks like some of them still have out of date code.

And this is what I see at work, the working functional page. (ATTACHED)

SUPPORT, could I get a response here? How can I fix it so that this page is accessible from my house?
