All bank slot upgrades suddenly vanished

I had several bank upgrades, to around 100 slots total.

Upon relogging just now, I am back down to 60. I didn't notice at first until I noticed it was giving me "bank full" messages when I tried to deposit some things I had just taken out.

At the same time as this happened, I got an automated mail with another copy of the explorer's pack and beta monkey. Perhaps somehow my account-wide entitlements got reset?

I filed a support ticket 140407-081279 on this, but this makes inventory management just about impossible for me right now.

    The best part? All the purple weapons I had recently stored are now deleted.

    Buying back a bank upgrade did not restore any of the items, even after relogging.

    So it looks like they're gone-gone and not just locked away.

    - Lost Gold: Whatever--- end of the day, I can make more.
    - Stored gear: Whatever--- end of the day I can find more.
    - Stored crafting mats: Whatever--- end of the day, I can mine more.

    Well thankfully this is just beta. Otherwise this could be a real problem.

    It'd be super if they had actually hired enough customer support staff for the number of accounts they knew they had sold, but at this point it's pretty clear they expect their numbers to drop like a stone at 30 days and want to keep costs down while they cash grab as much as they can.

    The threads of people waiting 5+ days for customer support responses are not encouraging.

    I noticed that this patch completely removed the button to request live GM support, as they're not even going to pretend that exists any more.
