Bank Issues - after reading mail from customer support

I received mail from Customer Support. Imperial items. After reading the email, I was at the bank, I check my bank that I just closed and all items, deposited cash were gone. Even the bank upgrade. I logged out, tried another character, items were back BUT many items were missing and the bank upgrade was still gone. Logged back into the other crit, and it shows the same.
Need support please.
