I tried the 180 days with paypal and credit card... "not authorized"
90 days with paypal and credit card... not authorized

BUT THE 30 DAY ONE WORKED FOR ME TODAY!
So now I can log into ESO to play,

I figure 30 days is fine for now, and when they get everything figured out we can switch to the 90 or 180 day subscription.

Well, that's great. Unfortunately, I keep selecting the 15 dollars a month option, but it still goes "not authorized".

That sucks! I hope they figure this out soon and I tried looking for those "pre-paid cards" they don't exist!
This is my first MMO, is this how they all start off?

@WolvesWillReign Well that's what I did with the pre-paid VISA, I tried Internet explorer and it worked. Also had the address bug and fixed that by simply not using the address line #2.

Oh and had to make sure all my script and add blockers were turned off. Clean cache, etc.

@WolvesWillReign Well if you are trying switch payment plans, that sounds like something different than a first time authorization. You probably need a CSR.

I have been getting the "there has been an error with your address" sense the game launched. I have tried everything i can think of to get it to work but nothing works. i was on hold with cust support for 2 and 1/2 hours last night with no answer before bed. And im on hold again right now.i am at 30 min and counting. hope someone picks up this time

vengeful, I got that once too. I got it when I accidently put my house number at the end of the address, rather then at the start of it.

I also was getting the "error with your billing address information" thing, but I was using Firefox. I switched to IE like this thread suggested, and everything went right in!
