Unable to Sub. "Transaction not Authorized".

I hope you guys can help me out. I have been trying to sub with my dad's credit card. It is a master card. I filled out the information on the card, but whenever I click to finish the transaction, an error pops up "The transaction has not been authorized". I use the card with my dad's permission and tried to do it on another browser, nothing. Same error code. There is nothing wrong with it either, the info is correct and I've checked a thousand times. Please help. I posted this few days back, but maybe more current information would be able to help me out.
