Joint Accounts? Will our account be charged twice?

My Fiance and I share a joint bank account. I have my name on my own card, and he has his name on his own card. We both have the same home address on the bank account, and our funds in it are shared.

My fiance used his debit card to verify his payment method, and I wanted to use my debit card to verify that we will be paying for our game account subs with our shared joint bank account. He got charged a 15$ hidden fee, will I be charged the 15$ Hidden fee as well? Also it has been a few days now and he still has not received a re-reimbursement of his funds. When do we get the 15$ back?

I was told before that the only reason you do the 15$ charge is to verify address, so why would we as a joint household and joint account need to verify twice?

    If you only have one account, you should only be charged one fee. No idea when they'll give it back though. I'd assume it has to be sometime soon.

    I've never heard of being able to register the game twice to the same account. Is that what you are trying to do? Use the same general account, and have two copies of the game registered to it?

    That is probably not very possible. Just make two accounts.

    You have two ESO game accounts, therefor, regardless if your banking account is the same or not, it will charge the subscription "verification" twice, once for each game account.

    Oh, okay. Misunderstand. Then yes, I'm pretty sure it will charge twice, since it's two separate game accounts. They probably don't have a way of cross-verifying the bank account.

    So you both have a separate game account correct?

    Also you both have separate check cards (debit whatever) that are tied to a joint account correct?

    You will both receive a seperate charge. When you go to monthly subscription you will be charged two separate charges for $14.99.

    Unless of course you are sharing a game account as well then it will be a single charge.

    So that's why i got the We're sorry there was an error with your billing address information. Please try again!? Error when I tried to pay for my account. Its because his verification hasn't gone through yet or something. He has the charge on his account, but it hasn't been re-reimbursed yet. We had this same issue when we first bought the game. He was able to buy his copy of the game several days earlier than i was able to buy mine. So I guess everything has to be separate. That is really clunky and stupid.

    Well... I can recall some people having problems with special characters in address like ' or -

    I think its more like they're system cant handle processing 2 hidden fee's at the same time and they have to wait for one to process completely before the other one can be charged.

    It very well could be your bank as well. ZOS sees two separate cards when they process your transactions, your bank sees two separate auth charges from the same vendor that they very well may think are erroneous.
