Need some help with an issue with subscription and game codes..

I pre ordered ESO online from a site called Ozgameshop.com It ships to New Zealand and Australia from the UK. I have tried emailing them and got a stupid automated message about delivery times.. They don't have a contact number. I know that the site is legit because I have brought other games from them. So thought someone might be able to help me out on here.

I got the early access code emailed to me and was able to play. But since official launch we have to subscribe for the following month and put our billing details in I can't play. Because when I go to the store and try to subscribe it says I need to buy the game first..?

The game came with the explorers pack which has promo codes which will be hopefully arriving soon in the mail.. so I thought maybe there is another official game code that I need to put in?? To validate that I have indeed purchased the game. I was wondering if anyone else who pre ordered the game had this issue too? With needing two game codes? If anyone has some ideas or help please leave a message would really appreciate it.

The physical game comes with a game activation code that *should* be inside the game disk case. That code needs to be redeemed first, followed by the Explorer's Pack code and Imperial Edition Exclusive code (these codes are on a seperate piece of paper). You haven't stated which version of the game you purchased (Imperial Edition or standard) so that will determine what codes you should have in your version.
