Hi, I am having a hard time logging into my account to apply my game code. It is saying that there is no account that exists with my log in information. I know this is the correct information.

Hyperventilate✭✭✭Are you having issues logging into the website or logging into the game? The game will not let you log in (and give you this exact error) until you have selected a subscription plan to start your free month of play time.
If you are having issues logging into the website to input your codes, try using your e-mail instead of your userID and vica-versa. If that does not work, contact support here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ and let them know you're having difficulties.
