Activate 30 days subscription when redeem code dont work?
I bought the Imperial Edition, pysical box from a retail store. Now the trouble starts...
1. On the account page the code I got just gives "Invalid code" under Redeem Code.
2. I contacted support, and gave them my Imperial Edition, and Explorers Pack codes. And support says - "Success, your codes work, you will now get your vanity pets..."
3. Today I could not log in, because. To my understanding, you have to enter that Imperial Edition code in the Redeem Code, in order to set up a subscription.
4. Now that is just impossible for me to do, since I'm still only getting "Invalid Code".
5. But under my billing histotory, I have keys for Beta, Early Access, Imperial Edition, Explorers Pack. They are all invalid under Redeem Code by the way.
I have tried Google Chrome, FireFox and Internet Explorer. Just give us a DIRECT link to the subscription page, so we can play game !
