Invalid Code - Can't Subscribe

My Early Access code is no longer valid when I put it into the "Redeem Code" window. I purchased the Physical Imperial Edition through Amazon pre-order in February. I've heard that some customers can find the codes they need in the "Game and Software" portion of their Amazon account, but my amazon account does not reflect any information about TESO. The only code I've ever received was my early access code via amazon email. Anyone have a fix yet? Thanks.

    Hey there. The Early Access code is different than your game code. If you purchased the physical Imperial Edition of ESO, you will find that code within the contents of the game. Once you receive that game code, you can redeem it on the account page. We hope this helps!

    In case he doesn't come back, probably yes. You can try to open a support ticket, if you want to do so I'd do it fast, but the company line several others have gotten is you just have to wait.

    I know it might be frustrating, sorry. :(
