First thing: why scheduling maintenance when 90% of people play? Many of us work and can play just in the evenings. Scheduling maintenance at this time is simply stupid.
Other MMOs are far more logical and do it during the early afternoon of a working day, when the population is limited.
Second thing: after waiting for the servers to come up, I logged. Result, couldn't log with my char. "Unknown error", the game said. And many other couldn't. As far as I know, all my friends. So, maintenance even caused problems.
Third thing: when I finally logged in with my toon, I found myself out of every guilds and without all the friends I had, which is very disappointing, cause some of them are my friends just in game and now I really don't know how to get in touch with them again.
So, seriously... What are you doing? Will we have our toons back as they were? With all our guilds and friends?
But, above all, will the service be improved in the future?

Atleast youve gotten in and arent part of the 10% of the population that have their access LOCKED for not 10 minutes but 2 FREAKING HOURS AND COUNTING. And now have to wait for tech support to resolve the BS so you can even try to log into your game!0
