I can't log with my main, and now I can't even log with my account

After today server reset (btw, what about if you do it at nigthtime) I tried to play with my main when server was up, I get allways an "unknown errror" and the game return to the log window. I have been able to play a couple of minutes with an alt char, but when I try again to play with my main I get allways the same result.
And now I can not even log with my account, the game sends me a code to my email, but when I place that code (carefully, with no spaces or crapy copy pastas) the game says it is not the right code.
It is VERY frustrating to take a free day at work just to play with my friends and not be able to play knowing that I have spent a niec amount of money in it.
Please, fix it or I will consider canceling the monthly pay before the 30 day trial.
